Blair is a graduate of University of California, Santa Cruz, where she received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. She is working as a behavior specialist helping with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for the IOP and intensive programs for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). She is working under the supervision of Dr. Jakatdar. Blair has clinical experience implementing programs based on ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles improving communication, self-help, social, and play skills for children and teens on the autism spectrum. These expertise make Blair an excellent candidate for working as a behavior specialist at Willow. Blair is passionate about evidence-based treatment and the person-centered approach not only in the clinical setting but also in all aspects of life. She greatly appreciates that play within the ERP context is a part of learning when working with children. Blair is extremely enthusiastic to work with OCD and BDD and gain experience to pursue a graduate degree in the field of psychology. In her free time, Blair enjoys surfing, reading, and going to jam band concerts.
