Kyle is excited to be a member of Willow Anxiety and OCD and looks forward to supporting adults and adolescents with OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. Kyle's goal is to support and empower clients to address their mental health needs and achieve their goals. They take a client-centered, strengths-based approach to their work. Before graduate school, Kyle provided applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. Since starting graduate school, Kyle has received experience providing evidence-based therapy for adults in community mental health settings. Specifically, Kyle has worked with clients with many different cultural identities and with various concerns, such as depression, generalized and social anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, psychosis, and substance use. Kyle has primarily used compassion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing in their work with clients. At Willow, they are eager to work with clients through a cognitive behavioral lens, especially, practicing exposure and response prevention.

In their free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, reading, and music.
