Kyle has primarily used compassion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing in their work with clients. At Willow, they are eager to work with clients through a cognitive behavioral lens, especially, practicing exposure and response prevention.

In their free time, Kyle enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, reading, and music.
