Willow Anxiety & OCD is a specialized, neurodivergence-informed private practice in San Jose, CA. We are dedicated to providing cutting-edge, evidence-based treatments for OCD, anxiety and mood disorders, and ARFID. We primarily offer Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and draw heavily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We also offer SPACE therapy for parents.

Who We’re Looking For

✔ Licensed (or license-eligible) PhD, PsyD, LMFT, AMFT, LPCC, APCC, LCSW, or ACSW in California
✔ Experience with CBT, ERP, ACT, or DBT
✔ Passion for working with children, teens, and neurodivergent individuals
✔ Team-oriented professionals committed to long-term growth
✔ Interest in parent coaching, IOP, and group therapy
