Yasaman Movahedi is a doctoral student under the supervision of Dr. Tejal Jakatdar. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and obtained a Master's degree in Psychology. She is pursuing a doctorate with an emphasis in Pediatric Behavioral Integrated Healthcare at Palo Alto University.

 

Yasaman is dedicated to helping individuals facing mental health challenges and adopts a client-centered approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatments to achieve meaningful progress toward her clients' therapeutic goals. She is eager to learn from the experts at Willow Clinic.

 

Her graduate research revolves around youth, anxiety, and CBT, and she has published six journal articles, three abstracts, and six posters. Yasaman enjoys hiking, baking, and spending time with family and friends in her free time.
